What is most useful to include
- Reporting something wrong or out of date: the address of the page, which detail is wrong, and a current source we can check.
- Suggesting a service or topic: the name and a link, and what you would want answered about it.
- Asking for setup help: your device, the app you are using, and what happens when it fails.
We are a small team, so replies are not instant, but messages that need an answer get one. We cannot provide account support for a provider you have subscribed to, recover a lost subscription, or supply playlists or credentials.
